In the charming town of Altea, designer Arianna Burli has created three tourist apartments with a unique character. The project's goal was to create welcoming, functional, and timeless spaces, designed to adapt to all types of guests and offer a sense of well-being from the very first moment.
From her studio, Arianna works with a philosophy centered on emotional and conscious design, where every decision—from the layout to the materials—is made with a respectful eye toward the environment and the people who will inhabit the space. In this project, she sought a balance between aesthetics, practicality, and durability, without losing sight of the Mediterranean essence of the place.
The interiors are decorated with a warm color palette—browns, greens, and soft oranges—that connect with nature and provide calm. Each carefully laid-out apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, private terrace, and direct access to an exclusive pool, making the stay an intimate and comfortable experience.
The property owner placed great emphasis on ensuring the entire process was carried out with local professionals and businesses, a vision shared by Arianna and also part of Casual Solutions' approach to work. The collaboration between client, designer, and supplier was key to giving the project coherence and soul. Most of the furniture comes from Casual's catalog, carefully selected to integrate with custom pieces and fine materials crafted by local artisans. Furthermore, the space is maintained with eco-friendly products, reinforcing a sustainable, aesthetic, and conscious tourism offering.
